Do not forget that your belly is a part of your body therefore you cannot just get rid of belly fat without burning fat from other parts of your body.
Proper diet coupled with proper exercise plan helps you get rid of belly fat very easily. Eating a balanced diet with loads of fibers works wonders for eliminating abdominal fat. Walking, jogging or any other activity that requires rigorous leg movements are highly effective for losing belly fat.
Following are some of the best exercises of reducing abdominal fat
- Bicycle Maneuver- As I wrote above that leg movements are highly effective in reducing belly fat, you can try bicycle maneuver for maximum leg movement. Just lie on the floor and bring up your knees at 45 degree angle. Now you need to move your legs in bicycle pedaling motion. You can also touch your elbows with opposite knees for faster effects.
Normal cycling is also good for burning abdominal fat but you will notice faster effects if you ride a bicycle on an uphill track. Though it is somewhat difficult in urban areas, it works wonders for burning belly fat very fast.
- Breathing Exercise- It must be tried early in the morning on an empty stomach. Stand straight and let all the air in your lungs out. Suck in your stomach as much as possible and do not inhale for as long as you can. Start inhaling slowly and then repeat this exercise 4-5 times every day. You will see remarkable results in as little as 15 days. You must avoid eating anything for an hour after this exercise. A trained yoga instructor will tell you many variations of this exercise but this is the simplest one that can be tried without anyone’s help.
There are many other abdominal exercises that do not require any equipment. You can start with the easiest one and gradually switch to more advanced exercises that require proper instructions and some special equipment. The above mentioned two exercises are the easiest ones that can be tried by anyone.
