Just mix one teaspoonful of honey and half teaspoonful of cinnamon power and boil the mixture in one cup of water. After boiling this solution you can use it for two dosage; one in the morning and another at night before going to bed.

You can use this recipe for as long as you wish. It will help you lose up to 5 pound in a week depending upon the quality of cinnamon. You may also use raw honey instead of boiling it. Some people believe that honey loses its nutritional value after being boiled.
