The Push Up Exercise
The push up exercise is perhaps the easiest and the most convenient means of allowing your chest to regain its original shape. This can also be done at the convenience of your personal domain. Simply go down on your hands and knees and while spreading the hands shoulder width apart, you need to balance your body through the means of your feet. While keeping your back straight all the while, you are now supposed to go down slowly and stop when the tip of your chest is an inch away from the ground. Stop for a second. Then breathe out and return to your original position. You need to start with 2 sets of 10 repetitions each.
The Incline Push Ups
This is another exercise, which can retain the shape of your chest. You need to simply place your feet slightly above the ground level. With your upper body resting on the balls of your palms, simply go down and stop when your chest is about to touch the ground. Thereafter you need to take a second’s rest and push your body up again. The inclin push up exercise would woth on your lower chest and allow the actual shape of your chest to show itself. Once again, like the normal push up exercise, the incline push ups need to be started with 2 sets of 10 repetitions each.
